| Late
impressionist, multi-talented painter, sculptor and musician. Born
December 4, 1911 in Nuernberg, Germany; died August 1983 in Ainring,
Germany. Apprenticeship in Father's business, in addition studied at
the Nuernberg Academy of Arts under Hermann Gradl and Fritz Liebel.
Also courses in the "Offenen Zeichensaal der Stadt Nürnberg"
[Free Drafter's Hall of the City of Nuernberg] under Hans Gerstacker.
During WWII, served in the German Army at several frontlines, wherebei he also put his talents at the disposition of his superiors. See Early Creations. After 1949, active as free creating artist. Member of the Künstler Klause" and the "Freie Gruppe". His most successful period was between 1950 and 1970, whereby wall murals, sgraffitios, quartz mosaics, iron sculptures and outdoor sculptures were created in Nuernberg, Wuerzburg and the city of Bayreuth.
